Rooney's Everton to Face Lyon, Atalanta, Arsene Wenger's side to Face Koln, Red Star in Group Stage

UEFA Europa League draw was done this afternoon with 12-group with four teams each. The top two-team progress to next round where another draw will be schedule to also fill-in other teams departing Champions League group stage to participates.

Arsenal begin the campaign for Europa outside of the Champions League for the first time since the 1997-98 season and has been drawn in the group (Group H) with BATE Borisov, Cologne and Red Star Belgrade for the group stage.

Arsene Wenger's side will have to adjust to life in this competition playing on Thursday and going for Premier League matches either Sundays or Mondays and even same Saturdays of the same week.

Wayne Rooney last season's winner now with Everton have been drawn in Group E along with Lyon, Atalanta and Apollon Limassol. Ronald Koeman's side secured their qualification for the group stage after defeating Hajduk Split with a 3-1 aggregate in the playoff round on Thursday.

AC Milan returning to European competition for the first time in four years. Since 2013 - 2014 the San Siro side coached by Vincenzo Montella last played in any European competition, and drawn in the same with Austria Vienna, Rijeka and AEK Athens in Group D. 

AC Milan went through qualifying stages to be in the group stage, defeating Universitatea Craiova 3 - 0 aggregate in the first game and Shkendija 7 - 0 aggregate in their final round before the group stage.
