Tensions between supporters of the nations started outside and inside the Stade Velodrome on Saturday's 1 -1 draw before the match and after. Thirty-five people were injured in the worst violence at Euro tournaments where tear-gases were spread around to fans including Jamie Vardy's wife who narrated her experience part of the tear gas in the violence.
UEFA has given charges to Russia accusing their fans of crowd disturbances, racist behaviour and throwing of fireworks and missiles inside the stadium. By Tuesday UEFA will announce their penalties on the outcome.
If the fans continue their acts of violence in the tournament again, UEFA has warned to have no choice but to disqualifies the teams.
Meanwhile, French Police said they had 63 people linked to the violence in their custody since the start of Euro 2016 that has prompted the authorities to ban alcohol around stadiums.
