Dream Team VI Lost again ahead of Olympic Games

Nigeria Dream Team VI crumble again in the Suwon International Youth tournament's second game played against Denmark on Saturday at the Goyang Sports Complex, Korea.

Samson Siasia’s boys lost their first game 1-0 in the tournament against the host nation, South Korea to have raped it up to two.



Emil Larsen scored three goals for Denmark as they beat the African U23 Champions 6-2 despite some glorious chances missed by Nigeria in both half of the game. The Nigeria team goalkeeper for the day, Emmanuel Daniel had earlier in the first half saved a penalty from the Danish team after Erhun Obanor handled the ball in the penalty area.

Erhun Obanor's woeful continues on the day when he scores an own-goal to give the Denmark chance to triumph for day.

Abdulrahman Taiwo, however came in as substitute to score two consolatory goals for the Dream Team VI.  Siasia’s men face Honduras in their last game of the championship on Monday before they return home to continue preparations for the 2016 Olympics starting in August 5.
